Annual Attendance Dues for each state integrated school are capped at a maximum level by the Crown.
This cap does not expire and there is no requirement for it to be updated on a regular basis.
However, if you wish to increase your annual attendance dues charge above the capped level, you will need to apply to MoE to have your attendance dues re-gazetted. Instructions are below.

Attendance Dues should only be used to provide new footprint rather than re-new or replacement footprint.
If your next build is a rebuild or remodelling of an existing building – you should plan to use Policy One funding for this rather than Attendance Dues.

Complete a five year forecast of eligible Attendance Dues funded costs Attendance-Dues-Calculation-Data-Model.xlsx (live.com)
Email the forecast to attendance.dues@education.govt.nz and send a copy to us at APIS. Be prepared to support your forecasts with explanations of project expenditures.
